There were two rounds, and they were pretty chill. The longest part was the examination for the guard card—it took a full day—but it was way faster than at any other place.
Phone interview asking about your experience and do you have a security guard license. Also ask about your past security experience to see if you have any. Hiring process is quick and usually you hear back fast after a interview

What is one time you had to make a difficult decision and why
very easy. require 1 year of customer service experience. as long as you are being professional with a year of customer service experience you will get employed with them. they also help you during the process.
