Fairly easy but I have a military background which helped me out a lot. Hired me on the spot after finding out I was in the military. Only asked me a handful of common interview questions.

Extremely transparent, and honest. The Guard License training was taught by ab expert and questions/class participation was mandatory. I learned amazing, practical things even though I did not complete the full training.
