I received a voicemail after applying letting me know that they wanted to set up an interview. I also received an email informing me they hold weekly open interviews. After getting a second phone call, we started a bare bones interview. The interviewer asked me about my salary expectations, which I stated were $18-$19/hr. That is when she informed me the interview would not be moving forward because that is not within their pay range. I went back and reviewed the job description that I applied to on Indeed, which lists the wage as $14-$19/hr and was provided by the company, not as an estimated salary.
