Very pleasant and enthusiastic call with Talent Acquisition to run through basic eligibility and a quick review of my CV.
Put through to second stage which was a Teams call with COO and HR Director Had a couple of weeks notice and a 20 minute brief to prepare on how I'd go about the role.
Intertervie was a good two-way conversation, with some STAR competency questions provided in advance, plus some additional, more challenging questions on the day.
Didn't get the role, but good feedback was provided afterwards
