Second Genome interview questions

First interview with a project manager. Second Interview was technical to reproduce and present results from a Nature paper. They provided the processed data and asked me to present in a week. Then I had an interview with a VP of informatics. Then I was asked to present one of my work for their whole company. Then one on one with their teams within 2 days. After the first the whole processed stopped and I got rejected for unknown reason.
