Interview
The phone interview was friendly, respectful and casual, the HR rep was very forthright and honest about what I could expect in terms of the rest of the interview process and the compensation negotiations. The hiring manager was also very open, honest and respectful, and was very clear in stating the requirements of the position. It was clear that they were looking for someone with a good personality fit as well as a good skills fit, and the interviewers took the time to get to know me.

Interview
Very friendly, interviewed with multiple people. Met with hiring manager and members of the team. Talked about future direction of the organization, immediate and long term needs, as well as projected growth.
