Quick phone call where they give you a macro overview of the job and make sure you are comfortable with 100% commission sales. This is done by a national person and is followed by an in person interview where they go over the same thing but greater detail.

Done over the phone with a recruiter, and then brief interview with sales manager. We spent about 20 minutes together, and then I was offered the position. The whole process from start to finish was about 45 minutes.
