Interview
Interview process took 4 rounds of interview. There was a screening test post which 2 technical and 1 hr round were conducted. All the rounds were easy for a fresher to begin a job as an intern. Questions were based on HTML, java database for the role of frontend developer.
Very smooth process. Interactive and not difficult to answer. Will recommend to students again. Overall good experience for students to give it a try and experience the interview process again if they can have an opportunity to learn more about the process and how to do that

Aptitude – 30 mins Coding – 30 mins Its has a sectional cutoff. Round 2: Technical Interview Be a resume drunk because the recruiter is going to ask most of the questions from your resume. Must have projects and be honest what you have done. Do not showoff your skills. Some of the questions I have faced- Describe your project What is a hash map What is an array Define the oop concept And some questions from sql. Round 3: HR Round And finally the last round. Tell me something about yourself ? Tell me about your strength and weakness ? Why Sears ? After 5 years where are you going to see yourself ? Zoom call followed by technical interview. Great interview process. It was very insightful and helped further my goals. Interviewer was very nice and provided me with proper information. Simple process to interview.
