Phone interview with HR then in person interview with CFO and other VP's of Finance as well as Director of Finance. 2 rounds of in person interviews. If you make it to the 2nd interview you meet with the business unit VP that you will be supporting and a couple of their direct reports.

Knowing the landscape and environment of Sears through the news why do you want to come work here?
It went well. Human resources was informative, helpful and knew the business. I thought the employee orientation class was good but was very full. In the end it was a professional process.
Great Audubon with lots of opportunity and forth filling as your dream project, Aptitude and basic c language question/ oops, java everything. so overall its great experience with more joy and fun waiting ahead.
