Interview
I was called in for an interview by the Cashier lead. She asked some basic questions and then recommended me to a secondary interview with what should've been the store manager, but he was on vacation at the time. My secondary interview was with the Operations Assistant Manager and he hired me on the spot.

Question 1
Name a time when you had a problem that you had to overcome.
Took like 20 mins. Very easy but questions seemed random. It also seemed like management had no idea they had interviews scheduled cuz there were several of us waiting for a long time

Fill application form to apply and wait few days before submitting it to the company. Had to provide personal documents and references from previous employers. Initially was interviewed on a phone.
