-pre-interview dinner to answer all interviewee questions and in order to get social. the 2 interviewers were gracious and informative. it allowed us to get comfortable with the company and the interviewers, which made the actual interview much less intimidating. -2 back-to-back 30 minute interviews the following morning. one interview was extremely informal and conversational. the other was more behavioral and had a mini-case to be dissected immediately.
