Search for Common Ground interview questions

Questions focused on professional background, contextual knowledge and 2 scenarios. The panel included 2 people from the same department. They were patient and showed interest in the conversation. The experience was overall pleasant and I was given a timeline for when I should expect a decision.

I interviewed with Search in May of 2025 and I met with an HR representative for around 40 minutes. It was a bit strange because she turned her camera off and asked that I keep mine on during the interview. Overall the interview was fine but that just threw me off and made it seem like she wasn't very invested in the interview.
