Searce Senior Data Engineer interview questions

I asked a refferal and then after few days got a call from a HR and the he scheduled an interview with a young team member,he gave two codes one python and one SQL and asked to explain projects in detail,the young member looked like being adamant about his code since he had the answer and did not really understand the other person's approach
