Sealy interview questions

I had a couple of zoom video calls that had some tricky questions but were otherwise relaxed. I also had a 2 face to face interviews that involved a presentation for the marketing and a presentation on my portfolio of work.

Went through 3 Teams interviews and meet with 4 different people who were actually high up in the company( not sure how on earth these MEN are actually holding this positions) . All giving me great feedbacks from the day one. I was then invited to the 4th face to face interview in Cumbria. I had to travel 122 mi to meet up with the 5 person and go over everything again. Today, i have find out that they have actually fulfilled the role internally. Very disappointed, as a hiring manager myself this is the worse thing you can do to a in your words “a strong candidate” who has invested a lot of time and emotion to go through your pathetic interview process.
