Sit down interview and then a tour of the production floor. Gives an opportunity to display strengths and at the end of the interview, you have a nice idea of the work environment.

Pretty straight forward and simple. Be prepared to answer questions on previous employment. They might ask you to describe a certain situation or explain how a certain situation molded you.
