Seacamp Association interview questions

It was a very relaxed interview by phone. I was asked a series of questions and answered them to the best of the ability. Some questions were situational and others were about my preferences and my experience. This job also requires that you are comfortable in and around the water.

It was a good interview process, had about 3 different phone calls with most questions being about my past experiences. One of the interviews focused exclusively on behavioral and situational questions, which makes sense cause you often have to think quickly on the job.
