Interview
I submitted an application and was asked to come in for an in-person interview the next day. The interview was with the chief scribe. She spent most the time telling me about the company and the job of a scribe and then asked a few easy questions. I then had to take a typing test. She hired me on the spot.

After applying online with my resume, I had a 30 minute call with the hiring manager about the position. We discussed the job, my overall career goals, and expectations for the role. It was very straight forward and mostly focused on how being a scribe would support my future in the health care environment .

A short video interview with the chief scribe at my location where they asked about academic background and my future career motivations , I received the offer the following day via email
Had a one-on-one interview with the chief scribe of the hospital I applied for. Questions included why do you want to be a scribe, prior work experience, and experience handling stress/multiple tasks.
