Interview
It was fairly causal. The interview was held at a local hospital in the reception area. I took a short vocabulary test (5 questions from the introductory training packet), 2 typing tests and a very short dictation test. The entire interview itself was around 10-15 minutes.
Short video call with regional manager, then onboarding and month long training with various managers. Training involves testing and quizzes with score requirements over over 80 percent to pass and then final exam of 85 percent
Initial interview was easy as it was determining how you were as a person. After that there was an initial exam, about 20 hours of online training, and then a final exam. All of these were very straightforward, especially if you are familiar with healthcare/biology. I learned a lot just during the hiring process!

Interview
It was a quick, group process. A PowerPoint was presented to us and then we had individual interviews with basic questions and a typing test. You were asked to bring your up coming school schedule if you were a student (which people often are).
