applied on the direct Screwfix webiste , filled in the application, added my cv, then had to do a small assessment online, which was a simulation of how you would respond in specific scenarios, than after completion got feedback, the next day I got a phone call from them booking in my in-person interview

Grand interview process. Usual questions like what can you contribute, examples of times you helped customers etc. I thought the interview went well. They didn't follow up though. I was left waiting on a response that never came. Very disappointing.

Sat down with 2 managers and was a really light hearted interview, both were really kind and made sure that I wasn't nervous. Asked a few typical questions, with the other manager making notes on what you say. The time it takes them to write gives you enough time to prepare for the following questions
