Simple and friendly and will prepared to ask different questions and smooth transitions from questions to questions. Some of the questions where hard to answer and it will give you pressure.

Pretty easy questions similar to other customer service roles. Relaxed interview setting - just make sure to emphasise your priorities are with the customers and health and safety. Always prioritising customer satisfaction etc
