Applied for this role on 4/6/26. Heard from the Sr. Director of People Ops 15 days later requesting my availability in the next few days to schedule an intro call. Didn't hear anything for another 8 days when I received a calendar invite for a scheduled video call (outside of the days I had previously submitted for availability). Met with the Director of Ops.
Confirmed follow-up within 48 hours after said call regardless of moving forward in the interview process or not. After a speedy 168 hours, I finally received communication stating, they'll certainly keep my profile in mind for future opportunities that better align with my skills and experience. I was applying for the same (and only) role I have had experience in within the tech world. I also finished my interview confirming they saw no red flags or any items/remarks that made them pause on me/moving me forward.
