      Assistant Archery Instructor Interview

      4 Jun 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Turlock, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scouting America (Turlock, CA) in Jun 2011

      Interview

5 Senior camp managers, including the camp director, asked questions about potential situations arriving in camp, why you wanted to work there, as well as some standard behavioral questions. You were encouraged to wear your Scouting uniform if you had previous history with the organization.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

"How would you deal with a scout who did not earn his merit badge but still thinks he deserves it?"
