I felt the interview went pretty well, but I didn’t end up getting it. Afterward, the panel gave feedback saying I didn’t have a specific skill they were looking for. This was surprising since I actually do have that skill, and it is listed on my CV. It’s a shame they didn't ask a question about it, especially if it was crucial to the role. The questions were quite rigid and there wasn’t much space for an open conversation. The panel were not very inquisitive, they didn't ask any extra questions after I had answered.
