I went through three rounds, felt I did well but didn't get an offer. They were nice enough to let me know though when I reached back out to follow up.

Describe a time when you were going to miss a deadline and how you went about it.
Odd process, dull culture, and their product is 100% a solution looking for a problem. The interview process felt unusually long, taking two months with five rounds, including an HR screen. The second round involved a case study that was closely related to the company's work, which raised concerns about intellectual property. I felt that this request could be problematic, as it asks for free consulting without any compensation or clarity on who owns the ideas generated. A more appropriate approach would be either to pay for the case study or choose a more neutral topic that doesn't directly benefit the company.
