Applied instore, fairly informal interview with store manager. A few competency questions and a general chat about the role. Originally was not selected but kept on file, contacted a few weeks later and offered the job.

Chill , just a normal conversation. Asked set questions about previous jobs experience etc. Nice manager who interviewed. Wasn’t stressful, didn’t get it, but kept on file. Would rate an overall neutral experience.

Seen the advert on indeed. Application process was to email CV. Got invited to interview 2 days later. I applied over weekend so was quick. Interview was for a new store opening. Interview took around 1 hour, two interviewers. Was pretty informal and felt i done well.
