Extremely hard, tough question, have to be well prepared, salary isn’t as high as I thought but it was good regardless. They asked me how I would respond to conflict.

They just had a chat about weather, traffic etc. No real interview questions. In retrospect, it became very clear to me as to why they didnt ask. The reason was that they really dont need any skills or people who have career aspirations
