Group interview, 3 to 1. They are senior development manager, architecture, project lead. It depends on the position they are recruiting, the technical questions could vary. Do expect quite a few soft skill questions, like how to handle multi-tasking, what if you couldn't finish assign within regular hour.

for me that is face to face interview, there is no phone, usually twice, not code test, meet with manager or technical guys, talk about what did, may ask some technical questions depend on the interviewer, sometimes, the person you face is very tough, but basically saying it is OK, good luck!
