The interview was not to difficult. They asked questions about working with teams, leadership, solving customer problems. It was a typical interview like any other retail interview. Just speak clearly, smile and you're good.

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
