I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Toronto, ON) in May 2018
Interview
Panel style with one good cop and one bad cop style, there was a preferred candidate already and they were going throughout the process required. There is a pre-disposed preference for inclusion of minority groups especially favouring a certain sex. Expressed preference for hands on management style and lots if direct working knowledge on technical subjects. Overall approximately one hour of interviews With five persons. Human Resources, technology, quality assurance and business client
There were too many items and questions asked that were not relevant to the role. I would suggest the questions be more relevant for the role instead. perhaps they should update to use more relevant questions
