I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank
Interview
At least 4 phases of the interview process. There is a video recorded interview, phone interview, online simulation assessment. I did not pass that but then another video interview and the 2 week vetting process follows. The online simulation that will catch you by surprise, be prepared to be superhuman and remember things on the spot that no reasonable person would ever have to recall immediately. Interview process seems quite excessive for a teller position. And the process takes longer than 4 weeks.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves
