This was an interview for a co-op position. Job responsibilities included: conducting research, assisting the sales and trading team, and preparation of presentation material. It was a a two on one interview with an analyst and a higher up. Few behavioural questions to start, then technical questions, and general market questions. Throughout the whole interview, neither interviewer reacted positively to any answers I gave. I think it was due to the fact that they want to stimulate a stressful environment to see if I could have handled the work stress that comes with sales and trading.
