I applied online. I interviewed at Score Marketing (Warrensville, OH) in Apr 2018
Interview
It was a 10 minute appointment where they used a lot of buzzwords to make you think it’s legitimate “we represent Fortune 500 companies and do 1 on 1 consulting with clients” but really means they represent cable companies and harass shoppers.

Question 1
They didn’t really ask any questions. It wasn’t much of an interview as much as a recruitment appointment.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Score Marketing (Cleveland, OH) in Dec 2018
Interview
I came in for the first round interview and had a nice conversation with the Hiring manager. The interview lasted about 20-25 minutes. I was told more about what the job entailed, and was asked about my past experience as well. I was then invited back for a second round interview where I then met with another account manager, and he told me more about the job, hours, and pay. This was more of a longer process, but I did get a better grasp about the company and what my role would be.

Question 1
Am I a people person? Is this something I could see myself doing?

Interview
Everyone that I had an interaction with was very welcoming and kind. The first interview is pretty quick, it's really to put out feelers on both ends to see if this is a good fit. The manager did take the time to get to know me within the short time we talked, which I appreciated, he wasn't just going off of my resume and my previous work experience. I was offered a second round, where I met with one of the account managers. This was a more in depth conversation about the job responsibilities, the pay, etc. It was nice to meet with different people in the company and to hear about their experience with the company.
