Scope (Australia) interview questions

I had an interview on Zoom. The interviewers asked no follow-up questions and didn't seem genuinely interested. Two weeks later, I received a rejection call from their HR department. Their feedback was very generic and lacked thought. Maybe they had a preferred candidate and needed to complete interviews with other candidates to fulfill the process requirements.

Zoom call, with team leader and HR culture team member. Case study interview to assess clinical skills and reasoning. 3 x different case studies. How would you handle this? What would you do first? Outcome measures/evaluation?
