They were extremely unprofessional. Contacted me on holidays trying to push their interview agenda forward. My son was in the hospital, they didn't reschedule because they "were eager to get the ball rolling going into the next year" and the interviewer with a nasty tone and extreme unprofessionalism says "let me give you feedback" since my answer jumped around for a multi step, layered question. Their body language was despicable giving glares and smirks the entire time. Any common ground answer I gave they threw back in my face. "I delegate out roles" --- "oh we have a small team so you won't have the opportunity to delegate". Worst interview process I ever encountered. Most unprofessional.
