Applied in January 2021. Had to do online assessments, followed by Video Interview (one-way). 2 weeks later, HR emailed me asking to do an assessment centre. It was virtual and lasted slightly more than half a day. Few days later, I had a call for another interview with the middle-level managers. Next day, had the call for final interview with global head of business unit. Offered slightly less than a week later.
