I applied on line for several positions and was screened out several of them without any feedback. This was frustrating since two of the positions I had the exact background and experience for the position and the one I interviewed for I did not.
I received an initial phone screening with an hr/recruiter type person who went through a long series of questions. Next I interviewed with the hiring manager who would have been my supervisor. After that it was 2 more interviews with operations managers. If I made it to the next step I would have interviewed with the branch manager. A long process for an entry level hourly position.
