The interview process starts with a video call with the lab manager, who is supervising this position. Most questions are related to past experiences (tell me about yourself, how would you solve a problem). After that, I went to Schneider Richmond office to conduct in-person interview with the lab manager again. Most of the questions are technical. In the end, he also toured the R&D facility and asked me my readiness to perform in this role if hired.
I eventually received an offer, even they are optimistic to start me as a part-time worker since I was going to graduate in 3 weeks and can work full-time after graduation. However, a week after the offer was received, I was told that other candidate was selected due to his immediate availability to start working full-time and my offer was rescinded.
Please be more accountable and professional to reject me in the first place since my work availability was already disclosed at the beginning of the hiring process.
