I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Austin, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was well-structured and thorough. It started with an initial phone call where the recruiter asked about my background, experience, and motivations for applying for the position. This gave me a chance to discuss my qualifications in detail.
After the phone interview, I was invited for a second round, which took place virtually. This stage included more in-depth questions related to the role, along with some situational and behavioral questions that tested how I would approach real-life challenges in the job. The interviewers were very professional, making me feel comfortable while giving me a chance to ask about the company culture and team dynamics.
I also had the opportunity to meet with some members of the team, which allowed me to get a better sense of how the department functions. Overall, the process was smooth, and I appreciated the clarity provided at each stage. It gave me a comprehensive view of the role and the company, which made me even more excited about the opportunity.

Interview
