I applied through my college for 2 months internship at Schneider Electric. Firstly there was an online assessment where 1st section was based on core electronics questions, after that there was some gaming rounds, verbal ability round, and behavioural round. After the Online assessment, there were 2 interview rounds, 1st was technical interview where they asked project based questions and other electronics problem solving question. 2nd round was HR round, it was very easy, they just asked about family background and hobbies. During the internship, they offered full time job offer without any additional interview.

I attended an interview with Schnieder for the role of mechanical design engineer. The interview process was very comfortable and organised. First an online test is conducted after which passed candidates are called for a GD. Those who pass the GD undergo technical interview. Those who pass that undergo hr and managerial interview.

Basic Strength of Materials questions. stress strain, stress strain curve, Failure theories, also they might ask you to draw the front and top view of an object and write the angle of projection. Also everything you write in your CV will be questioned.

It was of moderate level. The aptitude test questions were tough and time was less there were also different types of puzzle games and magic dot type games. The online assessment was very lengthy of about 2 and half hours

The entire process consisted of 2 rounds - a technical round and an HR round. I was asked questions on DSA, which was further experimented with further for them to gauge my intellect. Later I was asked questions based on OOPs, OS, etc. Later I asked them about their experience in the company and my next steps after the interview.
