Interview was relaxed. They were more interested in whether you would fit in with the employees and work culture. Since the company has such a diverse portfolio of products, the division you work for trains you extensively before you start any actual work.

Initial screening and calling for interview and stages of interview like manager and hr and ceo and realised offer letter and joined for initial probation of 3 months and after completing private there will induction round.
