The selection process consists of 3 levels online interview, group discussion, technical HR. Online test itself consist of both aptitude and core concepts of your choice or department. Most of the people fail in the first round itself not just because of complexity but lacking time management skills.

In the first round they asked to solve complex puzzles and in the second part we are asked to do problems and mcqs on techinical concepts of our domain
The first round was gamified aptitude and technical questions. In the interview microcontroller specifications like the 8051 and ESP 32 were asked and some basic digital questions and some analog circuit design.

oa is all the basic electronics questions with some gamified rounds and behavioral questions. the technical and hr interview might differ from panel to panel. for me, technical was mostly based on my project whereas the hr round mostly revolved around the basic hr questions.
