I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
I recently had a telephone interview with Schneider Electrics for a Project Management. Firstly, they wanted it to be the next day, not thought of my schedules, which I moved to 48 hrs later. I was astonished the Director had no understanding of the role I was being interviewed for or my current one. Both him and the second panellist kept leaving the interview, which was via team, which I found condescending and unprofessional. Honestly, I am bemused at level of leadership and making effective decisions at this organisation considering all the façade in my opinion at their website.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Amsterdam) in Dec 2024
Interview
Smooth process and straight to the point without any complications.
The team made me feel confortable .
They were very professional.
Right after they have given me their feedback (positive) and after some days only I received the offer .

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Belluno)
Interview
First an HR interview through phone. After, onsite interview with managers. It was for an HVAC role in Eliwell, more on the controlling and automation part. I was shocked because I was invited to do the interview and they questioned the fitness for the role since I had a mechanical engineer degree... Well, haven't them seen that in my CV prior to making me lose my time?
