Simple two round system seems to be the norm. First round is a series of recoded video answers to generic questions, second round was a live video chat. The recorded answers aren’t too big of a deal, though I’m glad I had the opportunity to speak to live humans. The video chat was between me and two folks I’d be reporting to. Very pleasant and informative, no grilling or gotcha questions.
