Call from an internal recruiter for about 20 minutes. Had 4 interviews total in a two week period. The day before my last scheduled interview, I was told that I was not chosen (BEFORE the interview)

nothing specific. They talked mostly about how the position needs to be a good multi-tasker. It was the main focus of all the interviews, They didn't ask much of anything else.

Interview
It was simple and straight forward, Some of back to back interviews with HR, Senior leadership and hiring managers. Later some time for negotiations. All this process took 2 months.

Interview
I had a phone interview with recruiter. I had an in-person interview with 2 people. I was then brought back for an interview with 3 other people. I also had several additional conversations with recruiter. I was disappointed I did not get this job offer. They drug their feet at the end. I felt they were waiting on another candidate to accept the offer before they passed on me. I took another job offer at a very good comparable company so I was able to withdraw. the recruiter was very helpful and nice and everyone I interviewed was very nice and respectful. I think they were looking for financial accounting experience. That is not a typical Office Manager role more in a finance department. I had very good experience in all other aspects of job requirements. Overall good experience other than delayed final decision.
