I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (New Delhi) in Oct 2019
Interview
My interview with SE has honestly been one of the best I've been through. The process was quick and efficient. As for the actual technical interview itself, I'd never come out of an interview having learned more than I went in. The discussion was not aimed to see how many definitions you knew byheart but rather how you applied the knowledge you'd acquired over your degree. The interview was set up to gauge how much we could absorb and process. It was at that point that I knew I wanted to be a part Schneider Electric. Later, I would find out that this extended to all domains of the work culture, that learning is what is truly important here.
The first round was gamified aptitude and technical questions. In the interview microcontroller specifications like the 8051 and ESP 32 were asked and some basic digital questions and some analog circuit design.

Question 1
Self intro ,Electronics basics and few circuit design questions.
oa is all the basic electronics questions with some gamified rounds and behavioral questions. the technical and hr interview might differ from panel to panel. for me, technical was mostly based on my project whereas the hr round mostly revolved around the basic hr questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Hyderābād) in Aug 2025
