2 technical and HR, basically all have EGO here and regional feelings and no technical background. The person who took the interview, feels that if you have more technical knowledge, you will not be selected. Yes its strange. Because once you get selected you all have to work together in same team. So if you have more technical knowledge, the remaining people will feel job insecurity. Hope you understand.
