Interview comprised of 4 rounds + HR round:
1) An aptitude/ logical reasoning written test (who does this any more ??!! And that too for experienced candidates...)
2) A programming knowledge written test
3) Technical round of interview with a panel
4) Managerial round
which was then followed by the HR round.
The technical and managerial round was well conducted but I cannot say the same about the HR discussion. The HR executive sounded incredibly suspicious and kept questioning my intentions and commitment towards joining Schneider. Why would I even bother attending an interview, if I did not want to join the company?? She even asked me to "give an example about how you keep your commitments". And this was just one such question. The very tone and manner in which she conducted herself was so disappointing. The HR clearly had a trust deficit and I am unsure if she had some sort of an agenda but it certainly left a sour taste. It just made me wonder about her tall claims of Schneider providing am "excellent work environment". What sort of an environment is it when you are not ready to trust your prospective employee and behave in such a rude and boorish manner!!
