ScanSource Software Manager interview questions

Interview process was relatively easy as I was a former employee of the company and knew most of the people in this group. The actual F2F interview lasted about 30 minutes. Some technical, some management style, some personal. Did not get the position due to direct experience in the field they were looking for. Left with good feelings though. Great organization to work with. Only negative was that feedback from the hiring manager was slow and took a while (they tend to drag their feet at times).
