Interview
A friend passed my resume along to the hiring manager. Human Resources called me within a few days to set up an in-person interview. The interview was very conversational and not the normal questions that an interviewer asks. A lot about the position and what tasks would be required. Be prepared with an elevator speech.

Question 1
The most difficult part of the interview for me was the conversational dialog. There were no question-answer type questions. You are in an empty interview room, so nothing to make conversation about except yourself and the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ScanSource (Greenville, SC)
Interview
Both interviews were long and very lengthy. Interviewed twice with 2 separate senior level management people. It was very fractured: no rhyme or reason. Took a month to hear any feedback or get a response so it became very frustrating. The communcation and process were not professional. They were all polite and nice people but no one seemed to know what was going on.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ScanSource (Greenville, SC) in Mar 2018
Interview
Went to their Open House then the next morning got a call asking me to come in for an interview. Went in, had a great interview. Though I didn't get an offer for that position, I got referred to two other positions which I got interviews for also.

Question 1
I wasn't asked too many questions, it was more of a conversational interview where we walked through my resume and she asked me to talk about different points of it.
