Overall a really positive experience! I had a phone call interview. They were keen to learn about me and what I could bring to the role. I was somewhat under-qualified for the role which became apparent in the interview, but rather than going through the rest of the motions, I was told at the end of the call that I might not be the best fit for the role but they appreciated my time. I was very grateful for this honest feedback, which isn't always common in hiring processes. They seem a truly lovely company to work for so I can't knock this transparent interview process!
